Gentle and functional movements to help boost your mood and mobility. You will be guided as a group through low intensity exercises using minimal equipment with maximum fun.
Move —
Strength + Cardio
Strength and body weight movements combined with light resistance/cardio. This class is upbeat but we promise no burpees in site!! You will feel strong, confident and incredible after finishing.
Pace —
Strength + Cardio
This circuit style class is fun and energetic whilst combining cardio with strength training. Perfect for everyone that wishes to start their day off with a sweaty, upbeat, mood boosting session.

We have a maximum capacity of 8 people per class to help you feel supported in a small group whilst you move your body.
